Our Story

Arrow Academy was founded through both professional dedication and personal experience. Its founder, Brittany Printz, grew up in the Stevens Point area, earned her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, and became a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a vision to bring high-quality, center-based ABA services to Central Wisconsin.

Her mission became personal in 2017 when her son showed early signs of Autism, and she saw the need for high-quality, center-based ABA services close to home. She then expedited her vision and launched Arrow Academy to provide compassionate, evidence-based support for children and families in her community. In 2019, she expanded adding Excel Preschool, giving families a place where children with and without special needs could learn, play, and grow together.

Today, Arrow Academy remains grounded in the values that inspired its start: supporting children with Autism, guiding families with care, and expanding access—especially in rural areas—to essential ABA and respite services.

At its core, Arrow Academy is a community built on understanding, hope, and the belief that every child deserves the best chance to grow.
