A step-by-step journey to beginning ABA therapy

Your ABA Journey with Arrow Academy

Initial Contact

After submitting the Get Started form, our Intake Team will reach out with next steps, collect initial information, and answer your questions. If there is no current availability, you will be added to our waitlist.

Confirming Eligibility & Coverage

Once all required documents are received, our Intake Team will review your information, verify insurance coverage, and assist with any additional paperwork needed to move forward.

Initial Assessment

We'll welcome you for a personalized tour of our center and introduce you to our therapy team. If Arrow Academy is a good fit, we'll schedule a short series of follow up assessments that include observations and testing to develop your child's individualized treatment plan. 

Welcome to Arrow Academy

Once your child's treatment plan and schedule are finalized, our Insurance Team will submit the authorization request to your insurance provider. After approval, we'll schedule your child's start date and officially welcome your family to Arrow Academy.

Most health insurance companies are mandated by law to cover ABA therapy for children diagnosed with autism. Coverage details, including age limits and benefit amounts, vary based on your insurance plan and state requirements.
