Pay: $38+/hour (based on experience and education)
Schedule: Full time and part time hours available

Locations: Central WI (Stevens Point, Wisconsin Rapids, Mosinee)

Serve the central Wisconsin area with in-home or community-based support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Make a difference in the lives of families and your community by working with this underserved population. You’ll work alongside a team of BCBAs under the guidance of the Clinical Director, making a difference by supporting children in building life, communication, and social skills through the proven methods of ABA.

 

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement individualized interventions in the home, school, or community setting

• Train parents, caregivers, and stakeholders to improve behaviors in the natural environment

• Collaborate and connect with community partners to make lasting changes for families and children

• Collect data and track client progress

• Manage caseloads, prepare and submit required documentation for continued services

• Communicate with families and caregivers about achievements

Qualifications

• Behavior Analyst Certification (will consider candidates with Master’s degree seeking certification)

• Wisconsin State License

• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Reliable transportation

• Availability between hours of operation Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

• Authorized to work in the United State

• Complete Caregiver Background check

• Physical demands: Stand, walk, sit, bend, run, reach with hands and arms, regularly lift and /or move up to 50lbs.
