Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician– Paid Training, Flexible Schedule

Location: Central Wisconsin: Stevens Point, WI Rapids, Mosinee
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience and certification)
Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time hours available. Please indicate your preferred schedule and availability when applying.

You’ll work under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to teach communication, social, and life skills using the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

 

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one support for children with developmental differences

• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision

• Teach communication, social, and self-help skills

• Collect data and track client progress

• Communicate with supervisors and families about achievements

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, childcare, teaching, or human services (preferred)

• Reliable, compassionate, patient, and eager to learn

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Able to learn and follow ABA treatment plans under the supervision of BCBA

• Prior experience with children is a plus (not required)

 

Additional Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50lbs (e.g., During play-based session or assisting clients)

• Reliable transportation to and from center-based shifts

• Successful completion of background check and references
