CLINICAL SUPERVISORS

Brittany grew up in central Wisconsin and completed her Bachelor's degree at UWSP. She received her Master's from Western Michigan University in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst shortly after. She has been working with children on the autism spectrum for over 10 years and loves the field. She is a strong advocate for evidence-based practices and enjoys mentoring aspiring behavior analysts to pursue degrees and certification in the field. She spends much of her time working in the field she adores and enjoying her 3 young children.

Laura graduated with her Bachelor's degree from UW Oshkosh and received her Master's degree in ABA from the University of Cincinnati. She has over 6 years of experience working with adults and children diagnosed with Autism both directly and at the supervisory level. When not working with her clients, Laura enjoys cooking, reading, and being outdoors. 

Emily graduated with her Bachelor's degree from UW Oshkosh and her Master's program in ABA from the University of Cincinnati. She has over 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism both directly and at the supervisory level. In her free time, Emily enjoys sleeping, cuddling with her Labradors, drinking coffee, watching movies, hanging out with friends, going out to eat with her husband and enjoying time with her new son.

Emily Paschen, M.Ed., BCBA

Shelby graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Human Services from UW Oshkosh. In 2018, she graduated with her Master’s degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas State University. While at Texas State, she completed hours of supervision both in an on-campus clinic as well as with an in-home ABA provider.  She has over 6 years of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism both directly and at the supervisory level. In her free time, Shelby enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as enjoying the outdoors.

Amy graduated with her Bachelor's degree from UWSP and received her Master's degree in General Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Kaplan University. She has been fortunate enough to have worked for a variety of ABA treatment providers in the state since 2008. Her experience has been with center-based as well as in-home ABA treatment. Her passion is to support children and families develop healthy relationships.

Crystal Jackson, M.S., RBT
Team Lead

Crystal has been with Arrow Academy since 2017. She received her Master's degree in Counseling with advanced concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from NOVA Southeastern University in 2015. She received her Bachelor's in Psychology, minoring in Music from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2011. For more than a decade, Crystal has been an advocate for families and children on the Autism spectrum. She successfully aided in pushing legislation in the state of Oregon for Autism Insurance reform as well as promoting ABA therapy in both Oregon and Colorado in different communities. Crystal loves supporting and working with children with ASD and their families. She and her husband, Jeron, are proud parents of 4 little boys. In addition to all this, Crystal loves playing piano and listening to music, gardening, camping, home improvement projects and refinishing furniture. 

Manu graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Winona State University and is currently enrolled in her Master’s program in ABA from the University of Cincinnati. She has over 2 years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism and has been working with children in school environments for over 5 years. During her free time, Manu enjoys taking her dog to the park, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kiara graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from UWSP and is currently enrolled in her Master’s program in ABA from the University of Cincinnati. She has over one-year of experience of direct care with individuals with disabilities and over one-year of experience working with children diagnosed with Autism directly. She enjoys being outside, swimming, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family.

Emily graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from UW Stevens Point. She is currently enrolled in her Master’s program in ABA from the University of Cincinnati. She has 5 years of experience working with young children and 1 year working with individuals diagnosed with Autism. She enjoys being on the lake, reading, watching Grey’s Anatomy, and being a mom to her new son.

Kayla graduated with her Associate's degree from Fox Valley Technical College in Occupational Therapy. She is currently attending UWSP to receive her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Kayla has been working with children diagnosed with Autism for over 3 years both directly and at the supervisory level. In her free time, Kayla likes to fish, boat, travel, and be with friends and family.

Rebecca grew up in Fremont on her family dairy farm. She recieved her Bachelors degree from UWSP in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. In May of 2019 she earned her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked in the field for 8 years which lead her to gaining get masters.  Rebecca and her husband are welcoming their first child in March 2020!
